The house is secluded and peaceful, with lovely views. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms +2 wc's, a large salon with a gallery, a ping pong room, a heated swimming pool with outdoor shower, a terrain de boules and a badminton lawn.
This part of France is away from the tourist routes, about 2 ½ hours from the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, and the Pyrenees. Toulouse is an hour away, with flights from all over Europe. The TGV to Paris is half an hour. Bordeaux is two hours.
There are pretty market towns within a few minutes' drive, as well as many charming villages with good cafés and restaurants. The vineyards of Cahors are not far away.
